Divorce

We work as a third party neutral with individuals and businesses to help you resolve civil matters without the time and expense of civil litigation. We handle divorce and family law mediation, business and commercial mediation, partnership disputes, landlord-tenant disputes and disputes surrounding estates, inheritance or care for the elderly. Whenever necessary we involve financial evaluators and appraisers as well as mental health professionals who aid parties in resolving disputes within the sphere of their expertise. Collaborative Divorce
We work with clients who want to minimize costs, retain control and preserve relationships while working through a divorce. In the collaborative law process, we work cooperatively with all parties, attorneys, financial neutrals and mental health professionals, to find ways to resolve custody, support and property issues without the intervention of the court.
